1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YoBudget, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2 Description of Service

YoBudget is a personal finance management application that allows you to:

• Create and manage wallets and budgets
• Record and categorize income and expenses
• Share wallets and collaborate with other users
• Use AI-powered features to process pending transactions
• Analyze spending patterns with charts and reports

3 Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Keeping your credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately at support@yobudget.money if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4 Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 YoBudget Pro — Monthly Subscription

YoBudget Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed monthly. It unlocks:

• Unlimited wallets (free plan is limited to 2)
• Shared wallets with collaboration
• AI-powered pending transaction recognition
• Access to the full icon library

Billing period: 1 month. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Free trial: If a free trial is offered, it begins on the date you activate it. Unused trial days are forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period.

4.2 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

4.3 Price Changes

We may change the subscription price with notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Use the App to store or transmit malware

6 User Content

You retain ownership of any financial data and content you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7 Shared Wallets

When you invite another user to a shared wallet, that user gains access to the transaction data in that wallet. You are responsible for who you invite. Remove collaborators at any time through the App.

8 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, code, and branding, belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the App as described herein.

9 Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times or free of errors
• Financial calculations are suitable for tax, legal, or investment purposes

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including loss of data or financial losses.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the App. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15 Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and take precedence over any conflicting terms above:

• Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and YoBudget only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Scope of License: Your license to use the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.
• Maintenance and Support: YoBudget, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support.
• Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are YoBudget's sole responsibility.
• Product Claims: YoBudget, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession/use of it, including: (i) product liability claims, (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession/use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, YoBudget, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
• Legal Compliance: You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-Party Terms: You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using the App (e.g., your wireless carrier's data plan terms).
• Third-Party Beneficiary: You and YoBudget acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
